Corner on 7th

The Corner on 7th is a downtown urban redevelopment of a series of buildings built between 1928 and 1954. Rather than scraping the outdated structures, Vintage Partners saved much of the historic detail in the buildings while preparing new space for one of the busiest intersections in the City of Phoenix. Chipotle, Five Guys Burgers, Jersey Mike’s, and a number of other retailers make up what has become one of downtown Phoenix’s most successful commercial redevelopment projects.
