The Project
Conveniently located in Surprise, Arizona and adjacent to multiple freeways, ROAM RV and Boat Storage is a state-of-the-art self-storage facility. Custom-designed from the ground up, this facility combines flexible, fully drive-thru units with high-tech 24/7 security and top-of-the-line on-site amenities.
The Problem
An oddly shaped triangular lot wedged between existing light industrial and residential areas, the site’s location adjacent to multiple senior living communities and the nearby freeways made it ideal for a self-storage facility. But because there were already multiple existing self-storage facilities in the area, Vintage Partners constructed the area’s only Class A facility to stand apart from any competition.
The Solution
Situated in Surprise, a fast-growing suburb of Phoenix, just off of West Grand Avenue and West Bell Road which sees a combined 72K vehicles per day, this formerly vacant lot has been transformed into the newest and finest facility in the area. Constructed with top-quality including all metal buildings with standing seam metal roofs, eight foot high masonry exterior perimeter walls and large asphalt drives, the business is built to serve the area for decades to come.
