Bobby Williams

Bob Williams has extensive experience in the retail shopping center industry and has been involved in significant projects across the Southwest. His primary expertise is in the areas of leasing, development leasing and property merchandising. Additionally, Mr. Williams has had direct experience in the areas of property management and development.

Prior to the formation of Vintage Partners Mr. Williams spent 26 years with Westcor, Arizona’s premier retail development company. Starting in onsite property management he ultimately became an Executive Vice President overseeing the Leasing, Management, Marketing, Lease Administration and Tenant Coordination functions of the company. As Westcor’s Leasing Director Mr. Wiliams oversaw the leasing and merchandising of most of their ground up and redevelopment properties with a focus on regional malls and specialty urban centers.
