Mark Ortman

For the past 15 years, Mark has provided direct oversight of all aspects of the development process for Vintage Partners. Product types for these projects have included single family rental, single and multi-tenant retail, hospitality, self-storage and land entitlement and development. 

Outside of the office, Mark spends time serving his wife, children and their local church. He enjoys golfing, fishing, hunting and anything else his kids happen to be interested in at the time.

A 16,202 s.f. multi-tenant retail center. Tenants include Chipotle, Five Guys, and Jersey Mike’s.

VP Arrowhead, Glendale, AZ
A 34,512 s.f. single-tenant retail building that is currently leased to Big Lots, Inc.

VP John Wayne, Maricopa, AZ
A 21-acre medical and retail mixed used development.
