Monty Ortman
Monty has been active in commercial real estate in the valley since 1986 when he co-founded El Dorado Holdings, Inc., a real estate investment and development firm. Monty and his partner were successful in the acquisition, management, development, and sale of numerous master planned communities, golf courses, retail/commercial centers, and industrial business park properties throughout the valley. With the purchase of Douglas Ranch in Buckeye, AZ, El Dorado grew to become one of the largest landholding companies of developable land in Arizona with holdings of over $1 billion.
