After acquiring a run down, obsolete building in October of 2010, Vintage Partners completed an entire renovation, retenanting and repositioning of the property over 24 months. The property was sold into a strong investment market in October of 2012.
ARROWHEAD MALL / BIG LOTS
Vintage Partners acquired a vacant 34,000 square foot building located next to Arrowhead Towne Center in Glendale, AZ for approximately 40% of replacement cost. Within 6 months a tent was identified and a lease was signed with Big Lots thereafter. The property sold to a publicly traded REIT 13 months after purchase.
